Patxi's Delights the Palate

If you're looking for some good pizza, Patxi's is definitely a place to try.

A welcoming atmosphere is the first thing you'll notice about the place.

Their great tasting food will delight your palate, fresh ingredients and hand crafted pizza are never a bad thing.

Gluten free crust and vegan options mean that everyone can come and enjoy their food.

One of their fourteen inch pizzas will feed three adults, so filling up won't be a problem.

Unfortunately, they are not a cheap place with an appetizer being around ten dollars and pizzas averaging twenty dollars for a ten inch or thirty for a fourteen inch.

But you can feel good about eating there, as three days of every week of the year they are giving ten percent of their sales to a local organization or charity.

Willow Bend Fire Forces Evacuation Warnings

Just over a hundred homes in Jefferson County, Colorado were sent preevacuation notices, on Monday.

A new fire began on the east side of Long Scraggy Peak.

Homes within a four mile radius were sent the notices, as the timber there is very dry, so flames could spread rapidly.

The Willow Bend Fire is under three acres, but close to homes.

Helicopters are helping the United States Forest Service in fighting it.

Arizona Fire Claims 19 Firefighters

The Yarnell Fire, burning near Yarnell, Arizona became deadly on Sunday.

Nineteen firefighters were caught by changing winds, and died.

The Prescott based Granite Mountain Hot Shots knew they were trapped and attempted a last ditch effort to dig themselves in under the flames, but did not survive.

They were one of the premier hot shot crews in the US.

Their loss is the worst fire fighter loss since 1933, when twenty-five were lost to the Griffith Park Fire, in California.

Lightning sparked the fire, on Friday, and it has burnt over eight thousand acres and two hundred structures, including homes.

Egyptian Military Gives Politicians 48 Hours

Tahrir Square is once again filled with protesters promising not to leave until there is a regime change.

Across the country, more than three million people are protesting against the President.

Sixteen people died in clashes between Morsi's supporters and opponents.

Five of those deaths came when protesters attacked the Muslim Brotherhood headquarters, in Cairo.

Opposition members gave Morsi, until 17:00 Cairo time on Tuesday, or 09:00 MDT, to resign from office, or be forcibly removed.

After the announcement the majority of the police abandoned the government, and joined the protesters.

Then, on Monday evening, the military gave political leaders on both sides forty-eight hours to come to terms.

If they can not, the military will declare the country's path.

Until now, the military has mostly stayed out of matters, only asking both sides to keep it peaceful.

A military coup is now not out of the question, though it seems more likely that they will put in place a council until a new election could be had.

27 Killed in Iraq Suicide Bombings

Twenty-seven people were killed in two separate suicide bombings in Iraq, on Monday.

In Muqdadiya, twenty-two were killed when a suicide bomber struck a Shiite mosque, during a funeral.

The roof collapsed trapping even more mourners, and efforts were underway to rescue them.

Another suicide bomber struck a cafe in Baquba.

Five people were killed in that attack.

No one has claimed responsibility for either attack, but Al Qaeda is being blamed.

Uttarakhand Rehab Committee Approved

The government of Uttarakhand has approved a committee to oversee rehabilitation of the Indian state after June's floods.

They also planned out financial and food grants per person, to help in recovery.

Nearly three thousand people were confirmed dead in the floods, which wiped out entire towns.

Another three thousand are still missing.

More rain is expected, starting on Friday.

100,000 March For Democracy in Hong Kong

Over one hundred thousand people marched through the rain in Hong Kong, on Monday.

They are demanding that they be given free elections to elect their own leaders.

Currently, the Chinese government appoints the leaders of the city.

The march has become a yearly event, since 2003, after British rule ended and Chinese rule began in 1997.

Leung Chun-ying, China's current appointed leader, is massively unpopular.

China has already pledged that elections will be allowed in 2017, when Leung's term is up.
