Kazakhstan Airplane Crash Kills 20

A SCAT airline plane crashed Tuesday, killing all on board.

The plane was flying from Kokshetau, Kazakhstan to the capital of Almaty, when it disappeared from radar.

It's wreckage was found a few miles away from the airport.

Twenty passengers and crew were aboard the plane.

Foggy weather is being blamed, but officials will conduct a full investigation, using the black box.
