Mark Hasse, fifty seven, was shot multiple times by a masked gunman.
He had just exited his car in the parking lot of the Kaufman courthouse.
Police interviewed witnesses and are following leads, as they try to find his killer.
They say that there were one or two suspects, dressed completely in black.
As part of the investigation, they are looking for an "older" silver Ford Taurus.
Sources tell us that he was working on a case investigating members of the Aryan Brotherhood.
