The EU and IMF announced that they will agree to allow loan extensions for Ireland and Portugal.
Ireland's loan was set to end this year, while Portugal's was to next year.
Under the new agreement, both countries will have an extra seven years to pay off their loans.
At the meeting they also worked towards a loan for Cyprus.
They are now asking Cyprus to come up with six billion more before they will be given a ten billion euro loan.
