Colorado's capitol building will soon have it's gold finish again.The gold has returned from Florence, Italy, where it was made in to gold leaf.
It had been mined from the Teller County Mine in Cripple Creek, and then was transported, in March, to be remade.
Sixty-five ounces of gold leaf will be used to cover the dome.
Ten more ounces will be kept in reserve, for future use.
