Riots took place in several cities in Bangladesh, on Tuesday.
At least forty people were injured and thirty-four arrested as members of Jamaat-e-Islam clashed with police.
The worst of the violence took place in Barisal, Bogra, Comilla, and Rajshahi.
Rioters used at least fifteen bombs and torched thirty-four vehicles, during the violence.
Police responded with tear gas and rubber bullets, as they fought to control the protesters.
