Northern and southern China are reeling from storms that have killed one hundred and five people.
Another one hundred and fifteen are missing, with hundreds injured.
Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning provinces have been dealing with heavy rains for nearly a week.
The rains have caused severe flooding, taking eighty-three lives and causing heavy damage.
Typhoon Utor struck Guangdong province, killing twenty-two, and caused flooding in Hunan and Guangxi Zhuang as well.
China's government has sent soldiers to help aid the areas.
