Fighting in the Central African Republic has left at least fifty-five dead.
Gun battles broke out between the supporters of the former president and the rebels who over threw him.
The current regime accuses the former president of orchestrating the violence and trying to over throw the current president.
They have called for the UN and African Union to intervene and restore order.
Most of the international community puts more political support behind the former president as the new government is accused of committing atrocities against it's own people.
