A car bomb was detonated in Benghazi, on Wednesday.
It detonated at dawn, when no one was around, and caused no injuries.
However, it did cause heavy damage to the foreign ministry building, that it was parked next to.
Hours earlier the military safely defused another bomb outside of the foreign ministry headquarters in Tripoli.
The bombing took place on the one year anniversary of an Al Qaeda led attack on the US consulate, in Benghazi, which left four Americans dead.
Prime Minister Ali Zeidan said that, "Libyans cannot ignore the timing of this
explosion. It's a clear message by the forces of terror that they do not
want the state or the army to stand on its feet."
