It happened Tuesday morning near Somerville.
The helicopter was on it's way to pick up a patient when it went down.
Aboard the aircraft were the forty-seven year old pilot Charles Smith, forty-three year old nurse Carrie Barlow, and forty-three year old respiratory therapist Denise Adams.
A full investigation is underway to determine what caused the crash.
