China began evacuating low lying regions along the coast of Fujian and Zhejiang provinces.
Typhoon Fitow is approaching and officials are expecting the storm to make landfall early Monday.
Three hundred and thirty thousand people have been evacuated and sixty-five thousand fishing boats were called in.
Fitow is expected to bring storm surges as high as thirty feet.
The storm is the twenty-third typhoon to hit China, this year.
