Fighting in Guinea Over Aluminum Refinery

Fights erupted in Guinea, on Sunday, between aluminum refinery workers and alleged black marketeers.

In the town of Fria workers armed with knives, guns, and clubs attacked people they believed to be stealing from the refinery and selling their product on the black market.

More than twenty people were seriously injured by the time security forces could arrive to separate the groups and restore peace.
