The soldiers were guarding the border with Gaza, near Kibbutz Nirim, when a bomb exploded and shots were fired at them.
They repulsed their attackers, but no word has come of casualties on the other side.
Two of them were treated, for their wounds, on site, whilst one was helicoptered to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva.
