Forty-six year old Matthew Preston Caulk is a registered sex offender.
He has convictions for sexual assault of a minor in both Colorado and Washington.
Caulk had been staying at a halfway house in Denver, but disappeared on February 13.
Marshals found him, Sunday afternoon, in Aurora, near East Hampden Avenue and South Tower Road.
Caulk is now back in jail, with his parole revoked.
