Over one hundred people have been rescued from the high waters, by firefighters.
During Saturday morning, nearly ten inches of rain fell at San Antonio International Airport.
This followed torrential downpours on Friday.
Austin and much of south Texas is also under flood advisories.
Forecasters expect the rain to continue on into Sunday.
