Fourteen people were injured, one of whom was still trapped Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency personnel are working to rescue the trapped person, who they do not believe to be seriously injured.
The four story building was in the process of being demolished when it became unstable and crashed down onto a neighboring thrift store.
