Most of the deaths occurred Monday when then Tropical Storms Ingrid and Manuel struck both coasts of the country, at the same time.
Three of the deaths occurred on Thursday night when a stronger Hurricane Manuel hit the state of Sinaloa, causing more damage and flooding.
Fifteen of the new deaths were bodies of missing people that were found in a landslide in La Pintada.
Military forces and other workers are digging through the mudslide looking for the remaining missing people.
Fifty-six people remain missing there, including three whose helicopter disappeared while they were surveying the damage, on Thursday.
The city of Acapulco, which had been completely cut off by flooding, was reconnected on Friday as the major highway was finally cleared for traffic.
Truckloads of supplies were rushed in, and thousands of stranded tourists began to escape from the city.
