Death Toll in Mumbai Building Collapse Hits 42

The death toll from Friday's building collapse in Mumbai, India has jumped up to forty-two.

Thirty-three people have been rescued from the rubble, of the five story building.

Rescue workers continue to search through the remains of the building, hoping to find more survivors.

It is unclear exactly how many people were inside the building, at the time of the collapse.

The building had been actively undergoing repairs to improve structural integrity, after it failed an inspection in April.
