It centered very close to where a 7.7 quake hit on Tuesday, killing at least five hundred and fifteen.
Hundreds more buildings were knocked down on Saturday, trapping unknown numbers more.
Officials expect the death toll from both quakes to continue to rise.
Tens of thousands of people are homeless, due to the quakes, and enduring hundred plus degree heat, with little shelter and their water supplies mostly cut off.
Pakistan has sent over a thousand troops to aid in rescue efforts.
Rescue efforts have been hampered by rebel activity in the region, as rebels have taken shots at three helicopters working to bring aid.
Also on Saturday, four Pakistani troops were killed by militants, as they attempted to aid in the search and rescue.
