3 Killed in The UK as Storm Strikes Western Europe

Three Britons were killed, on Tuesday, as a storm tore though the United Kingdom.

Much of Western Europe was also touched by the storm.

Travel services were disrupted, across the region.

Naval forces from several nations carried out sea rescues as several vessels were damaged or sailors were swept overboard.

Much of England and Wales is under flood warnings.
