The world's brightest minds have been disappearing as the energy crisis hits deadly levels.
Now the government has completely taken over copyrights and frozen wages.
As they do this, Dagny Taggart, COO of Taggart Transcontinental discovers a possible answer, a prototype of a static electricity motor, however without it's creator, it's useless.
Taggart must find the maker, before she and the device are taken by the government, and of course she is trying to figure out, "Who is John Galt?".
