Police tell us that a woman was at a friend's house, when her exboyfriend showed up.
The ex refused to leave, and a fight ensued, leaving the ex dead, after the man who owned the house shot him.
Investigators are questioning the shooter, but at this point are expecting no charges to be filed, as the "Make My Day" law seems to cover the case.
