According to police rival gangs were fighting when one of their members pulled a gun.
He then shot one of the rivals twice, before everyone fled the scene.
The man who'd been shot walked to a friend's house, wounded in the hip and face, and called for an ambulance.
After interviewing him, police then went looking for the suspect and arrested him when they found him.
