A crack was found in an engine blade on an Air Force F35, at Edwards Air Force Base, in California.
As a precaution the Pentagon ordered the immediate grounding of all F35s, in every branch.
The grounding will be lifted, once all planes have been inspected, the cause of the problem has discovered, and a fix has been found.
