Suspects strapped, what they told her was, an explosive device around her waist and drove her to an East LA bank.
At the Bank of America, at Atlantic Boulevard and Verona Street, they forced her to go in and rob the bank.
After she did so, they drove off with the money, and left her at the scene.
Police safely removed it from her, and then the bomb squad made a successful controlled detonation of the unknown device.
The kidnappers remain at large, with police looking for them.
