Hisham al-Saedni and two other Islamist militants were killed when Israel retaliated to a rocket attack.
Saedni headed the Mujahedeen Shura Council, a terrorist group, which carried out the attack on Israel.
No one in Israel was injured when the rocket exploded in a Netivot apartment complex courtyard.
