The two countries have never set an official border, with both claiming almost all of the area.
Just this year alone, Turkey has complained about more than two hundred "violations" of their territory by Greek airplanes and water going vessels.
Talks over the border would settle disputes over many islands, economic zones, and fishing areas.
No date has yet been set for the meeting, which will take place between the prime ministers and foreign minsters of both countries.
Sources tell us that the two countries are very close to an agreement.
