Colorado Senate Passes Weed DUI Bill

After voting against weed DUI limits five times, Colorado's Senate passed a bill on the sixth time, on Tuesday.

The bill officially places a limit of five nanograms per milliliter on THC, while driving.

THC is the active ingredient in marijuana, which can cause impairment.

Monday had seen the House pass the bill, forcing the sixth vote in the Senate.

Governor Hickenlooper had worked very hard to see the bill passed and will sign it as soon as it reaches him.
